The development of each simulator first involves thoroughly identifying the skill to be developed or trained using it. To do this, our SIEXA team meets with experts in the field and conducts a detailed analysis of the procedure, activity, or technique, in order to incorporate the specific challenges into the simulator.

We believe that a simulator should not only be a safe space for learning, but should also be able to challenge the user.

A simulator that does not challenge the user does not generate progress, psychological safety or real learning.
